The Hotel is located in Assenza, a small village on the
eastern side of Lake Garda, at the foot of Monte Baldo. It
is only 5 km south of Malcesine, a lovely lake resort. With
its pleasant position, only 30 metres from the beach, the
Hotel is surrounded by an extensive olive-tree garden with
two swimming pools. It also has a garage and large private
car park.

Assenza, einem kleinen Ort zu Füßen des Monte-Baldo-Gebirgszuges,
nur 5 Kilometer südlich von Malcesine gelegen, einer der
